Dr. Philippe Honoré, MBA, PMP
I’m Dr. Philippe Honoré — executive coach, leadership educator, public speaker on DEIB and transformational leadership, and project management expert with 20+ years of international experience across seven countries. I’ve led large-scale infrastructure projects, built multicultural teams, and helped organizations navigate complex changes.

Since 2021, I’ve been coaching leaders across industries and career stages — from rising managers to seasoned executives — as they navigate growth, identity, and impact. My approach blends strategic insight with authenticity-focused coaching, which is especially beneficial for underrepresented professionals ready to lead with purpose.
I hold a Ph.D. in Leadership from the University of San Diego, an MBA from Florida Atlantic University, and certifications in PMP, CSPO, CSM, and Leadership Coaching.

Paul Lesnik, LCSW, TEP
I’m Paul Lesnik — a licensed clinical social worker, expressive arts therapist, and certified Trainer, Educator, and Practitioner of Psychodrama. For over 25 years, I’ve helped individuals and communities heal, grow, and connect through the arts. My passion lies in amplifying the voices of those often pushed to the margins — including people with disabilities, the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals in recovery.

From founding and directing Accessible Arts, to providing trauma-informed therapy for HIV+ clients at Compass in Florida, to designing expressive therapy programs for addiction treatment centers, my work blends movement, imagery, sandplay, psychodrama, and storytelling. I’ve taught and supervised future therapists, presented nationally, and continue to train professionals through the Action Institute of California.

Today, I maintain a private practice in San Diego, co-lead Être Coaching with Dr. Philippe Honoré, and train clinicians in using expressive methods for deep, transformational work. I hold licenses in both California and Florida and remain committed to the healing power of creativity and connection.
